Casey Jones Remembered

Hal Cannon of the Western Folklife Center tells the story of legendary train engineer Casey Jones. Many consider him a mythic figure, celebrated in verse and song. But Casey Jones was in fact, real; he died 100 years ago today when his train collided with a freight train near Vaughn, Mississippi.
